Sally Isaacson is a botanist and educator who worked at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden for 20 years.  Currently she works for the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County at Arroyo Hondo Preserve near Gaviota.  In addition to being a dedicated naturalist, she is a talented writer and a skilled photographer.
